A home for your Reiki practice. A mentorship for your journey.

But before all these titles, I am someone whose life was completely transformed by Reiki.

When I moved from Brazil to Australia in 2015, I thought I was coming here to learn English and live a new adventure. I had no idea that I was about to experience one of the most difficult chapters of my life or that this journey would lead me to my purpose.

After having a premonition about my father’s passing, I found myself navigating grief, feeling lost and disconnected from who I was.

Reiki met me during that time.

The practice helped me feel safe within myself again. It helped me understand my sensitivity, trust what I was feeling and reconnect with my own energy.

Reiki didn’t make the pain disappear. But it gave me the inner space to move through it. And, in many ways, it brought me back home to myself.

What began as my own healing journey slowly became a life of service. For more than ten years, I have studied, practised and shared Reiki through healing sessions, trainings, circles, retreats and ceremonies.

Along the way, cacao also became a beautiful part of my work. I see cacao as a medicine of the heart — a gentle invitation to slow down, soften and listen to what is moving within us.

I also hold a Master’s degree in Jungian Psychology, which has deepened the way I understand healing, emotions and the unconscious. Today, my work brings together Reiki, cacao, spirituality and psychology in a way that feels grounded, human and connected to real life.

Over the years, I have supported more than 3,000 people through healing experiences and trained more than 300 Reiki students from different parts of the world.

But what has touched me most is not the number of students I have taught. It is witnessing the moment someone begins to trust themselves again. The sparkle returning to their eyes. Their essence coming back to life. And the transformation that begins to unfold in every area of their life.

I have seen so many students finish their Reiki training feeling inspired, only to become disconnected from their practice a few weeks later. Reiki is simple, but continuing the journey alone is not always easy.

I have also learned that healing is a journey and that we need space, time and the right people by our side.

That is why I created Reiki Essence Collective.

I wanted to create the space I wished every student had after receiving their certificate — somewhere we could continue practising, learning and growing together.

A space where you can ask questions without feeling that you should already know all the answers. Where you can deepen your intuition without comparing your experience to anyone else’s. Where Reiki becomes something you truly live — not something you learned once and slowly left behind.

I don’t believe you need another certificate to feel ready. Sometimes, you simply need practice, support and a safe space to trust yourself.
